Il bel far niente. In Italian, it means "the beauty of doing nothing." While we don't exactly intend on doing nothing this year, we do intend to learn how to get better at doing it. This next year of our lives is about rejecting the natural order of the college grad's life and following a path less traveled. A path laden with adventures: train rides, language mishaps, new sights, high peaks, low valleys, gelato, mopeds, lush green hillsides, vineyards, and a new outlook on life. We are about to embark on the most amazing journey of our lives; a year living, working, and breathing in Rome, Italy. We invite you to join us on our journey.
